With a strong foundation in China and expanding operations across Latin America, the company supports utility-scale and distributed generation projects with high-quality, cost-effective solutions.To strengthen its commercial presence in the region, the company is seeking a Sales Manager based in Brazil to lead sales efforts and client engagement across the country and wider LATAM markets.Role OverviewAs Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional sales growth by promoting a portfolio of solar PV components—particularly modules, inverters, and structural mounting brackets—to EPCs, developers, and distributors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technical sales and cross-border business development, with a strong understanding of Brazil's renewable energy landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies focused on solar PV components for the Brazilian marketManage relationships with key clients, including EPC contractors, developers, and energy distributorsPromote the company's product range: solar modules, string and central inverters, and mounting/bracket systemsParticipate in bid responses, RFPs, and tender processes, working closely with technical and pricing teamsMonitor local regulatory developments, market dynamics, and competitor activityRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across Brazil and LATAMProvide input into pricing strategies and inventory planning for the regionPrepare regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedbackAchieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsCandidate Requirements3–5 years of sales or business development experience in renewable energy, industrial equipment, or electrical componentsKnowledge of solar modules, inverters, and mounting/bracket systems is highly desirableExperience working in or selling to the Brazilian energy marketExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client management skillsStrong understanding of B2B sales cycles and project timelines in the energy sectorPortuguese and English fluency required; Mandarin is an advantageBased in Brazil or willing to relocateWhy Apply?This is a key opportunity to help shape the presence of a globally respected OEM in one of the most active solar markets in the world.
