Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe practices. They will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, supporting one Scrum team, partnering with an enterprise Agile Coach, and implementing SAFe practices.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
