Key Account Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned and skilled B2B Key Account Manager with extensive experience in the travel industry to lead our account development initiatives.
About the Position - Key Responsibilities:
* Main point of contact for key clients within assigned territories, responsible for fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, identify new opportunities, and optimize existing client portfolios.
* Aquisition of new key accounts within assigned territories through effective relationship building and market analysis.
* Regular business reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation and client satisfaction.
* Presentation of reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to stakeholders.
* Collaboration with product development teams to gather feedback and insights from clients, informing the development of new products/services.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills to establish successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment with minimal supervision.
* Solid understanding of the travel & hospitality industries, including commercial knowledge of B2B business models.
* Project management skills, with proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
