About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will define and lead design experiences across three core products—web and mobile. Your primary responsibility will be to take ideas from concept to completion.
* You will conduct and manage full research processes, including planning, scheduling, execution, and synthesis.
* Lead usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs based on results.
* Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scope appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library.
This role requires a strong bias for action, a scrappy attitude toward product development, flexibility, and a willingness to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong portfolio with concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces.
* Proficiency with Figma, with the ability to translate requirements and ideas into simple design solutions.
About the Team
The team is distributed, with members located in North and South America. Work hours are flexible, but regular meetings are expected. The team relies heavily on collaboration tools like Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion.
Interview Process
* Please submit your LinkedIn profile and/or resume, along with a portfolio link.
* An asynchronous portfolio review will be conducted, where you will create a 15-minute video walking through a relevant project that demonstrates your skills and experience.
* Spend 2 hours on a small project, addressing a specific user experience problem, and present it during a 1-hour interview with leadership.
* Follow-up 1:1s may be requested to address unresolved questions.
