Lead Product Designer
* About the Role:
* We're seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design processes from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
* You will partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
* The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and industry best practices in product design.
* Your Responsibilities:
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products focusing on usability, scalability, and performance.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs.
* Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite.
* Your Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on cybersecurity or enterprise software.
