**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and evaluating top talent in the technology sector.
**Responsibilities**
* Identify and engage high-potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
* Conduct in-depth technical evaluations to assess candidate skills and competencies.
* Participate in full-cycle recruitment assignments, from initial screening to presenting qualified candidates to clients.
* Develop and post job descriptions on various job sites and databases.
* Network with industry professionals, research databases, and contact potential candidates to collect and evaluate applications.
* Prepare a short list of prospective candidates for presentation to clients.
* C coordinate job offers, contracts, and employment requirements with candidates.
* Utilize sourcing techniques, such as Boolean equations, job boards, and professional networking site mining.
**Requirements**
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
* Experience working with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems.
