You will work with agile teams of engineers, product owners, and software developers to deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable solutions, enhancing the application development experience for customers, developers, and solution providers.Responsibilities:Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning and refinement) to raise issues impacting product quality.Participate in the development workflow.Define and ensure adherence to quality processes within teams.Design scenarios for test automation, identifying levels/types/categories of tests, and responsibilities.Automate, configure, and maintain functional test scenarios and environments.Execute manual tests, develop test automation, and run tests within CI pipelines and release packages.Provide visibility on project quality through test indicators.Document and track bugs until resolution.Support the development team regarding product quality.Collaborate with QA colleagues, developers, and product owners to improve quality and testing strategies.Evaluate and contribute to open-source components with an open mindset, following the 'upstream first' principle.Foster a healthy, collaborative team environment across global and interdisciplinary teams.Requirements:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.Minimum five years’ experience in manual, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.Experience with programming languages, protocols, and technologies related to Cloud, Edge, and IoT automation (e.g., AWS, Playwright, Docker, MQTT, BACnet, KNX, CoAP, HTTP, Modbus, Websocket, C++, Python, JavaScript, VSCode).Proficiency in test automation (GUI, API, E2E), CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Linux, Git, GitLab, DevOps, CMake, GitLab Runner, Lava).Knowledge of TDD/BDD methodologies.Experience with agile software development processes like Scrum.Proactive, motivated, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.Solid understanding of Edge/Cloud architectures, Microservices, and container technologies.Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal skills.Willingness to take ownership of topics and roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner.Debugging and troubleshooting skills.Ability to produce clear documentation (OpenAPI, Markdown).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with agile frameworks like Scrum/SAFe or Kanban.Optional but beneficial: Experience with additional tools or methodologies.Place of work:São Paulo/SP, Campinas/SP, and Jundiai/SP - Hybrid model.Diverse teams are better teams!
