As a Social Sales Representative Jr, you will represent our product portfolio across English-speaking social media platforms. Your job is to build presence, engage with relevant audiences, and convert meaningful interactions into sales opportunities, primarily discovery calls with potential clients.
This role combines social media engagement with a direct sales component. You don't need to be a sales veteran, but you need to write well in English, understand how different online communities work, and be comfortable initiating and leading conversations that move toward a business outcome.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and engage with English-language social media platforms and online communities relevant to our target audience
* Build consistent presence and credibility by participating in conversations around topics related to our products
* Identify potential leads based on expressed needs or pain points and initiate relevant conversations
* Move high-intent interactions toward a sales outcome, primarily booking discovery calls
* Qualify prospects through natural, consultative dialogue before handing off to the sales team
* Track all interactions and pipeline activity in a shared CRM or spreadsheet
* Report on engagement activity and conversion results
Requirements
* Advanced English (written and spoken. You'll be writing for a native-level audience every day)
* Must reside in Brazil
* Strong written communication skills, you can sound human, direct, and helpful without sounding like a sales script
* Comfortable participating in online communities and reading social dynamics in text-based conversations
* Self-directed and disciplined. This role requires 8 hours of focused, largely unsupervised work daily
* Proactive mindset and ability to manage your own priorities remotely
Nice to Have
* Any experience in sales, SDR/BDR roles, customer success, or community management
* Existing presence or activity in English-language sales or startup communities online
* Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar platformsInterest in B2B SaaS, sales tech, or revenue operations
