Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing customers, as well as developing pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales and Territory Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Achieve or exceed quota targets: Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, and make adjustments as needed to meet or exceed quota targets.
* Develop effective opportunity/account plans: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
* Establish and maintain key relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels within assigned accounts.
* Presentations and product demonstrations: Develop and deliver high-level presentations and product demonstrations to new and existing accounts.
* Pipeline development: Participate in the development of the assigned region, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
* Business case development: Develop and deliver comprehensive business cases to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points.
* Disciplined approach: Maintain a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline, keeping pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve.
* Support company promotions: Support all company promotions and events in the assigned region.
* Salesforce system: Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
* 2-4 years' sales experience within software.
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator.
* High energy, self-starter who can learn quickly and easily engage clients.
* Able to work effectively as an individual contributor as well as within a team.
