About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Key Account Manager with a background in the travel industry, to take on new challenges.
* Client Relationship Management for assigned territories (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account).
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth, foster customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
* New account acquisition within designated areas of responsibility.
* Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Main Responsibilities:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
Demonstrated experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
Proven commercial acumen and knowledge of business operations, as well as new business segments and models.
Qualifications
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Experienced professional with a proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required. Fluency in Spanish is beneficial.
