Job Role Overview
The primary function of this position is to conduct thorough research and monitoring of global trade regulations, primarily across LATAM and North America.
This involves tracking legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries by utilizing government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Accurately interpreting and documenting new or amended legislation within an internal repository.
* Preparing comparative analyses of regulatory changes when required.
* Maintaining the highest level of accuracy and clarity in research and documentation, adhering to ISO process standards.
Close collaboration with Business Analysts and fellow researchers is necessary to validate findings and maintain consistency.
