About Opportunity
You will have a foundational role in shaping the product from concept to prototype, helping bring to life a tool that will transform how doctors communicate with each other and with patients.
This is a high-impact opportunity to influence product design, workflow logic, and mission from day one. You'll work closely with the client's founding team to build an interactive prototype that sets the direction for future development.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate directly with clinicians to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals
* Translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
* Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process — from research through prototyping
* Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders
* Build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries
Requirements
* Based in Brazil and advanced/fluent in English
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc)
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Points For
* Having engineering experience developing SaaS applications
* Having engineering/product leadership experience
* Knowledge of design for communication tools or messaging apps
* Experience working with healthcare-related platforms
