Position Summary:
Our partner, a fast-growing PaaS company specializing in remote monitoring and network management solutions, is looking to add a WordPress Web Developer to their team. In this role, you'll help bring their brand to life online, building beautiful, high-performance websites that reflect the power and innovation of their platform. This position will be a hands-on role in building, updating, and maintaining the company's multilingual marketing website using WordPress + Elementor Pro. You’ll receive finalized Figma designs from the internal design team and be responsible for building responsive, SEO-friendly, pixel-perfect pages across 8 language versions of the site. Within this team, you will also help with both front-end and back-end development, including implementing WordPress themes and plugins, integrating systems, and managing security updates. The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable handling multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience and Education:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Web Design, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field.
* 1+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress development.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain responsive websites from Figma mockups.
* Experience working within cross-functional teams, including marketing, SEO, and localization.
* Prior experience building websites in Elementor Pro is required.
* Experience with Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Develop clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices in modern web development.
* Design and implement custom WordPress themes and plugins.
* Build responsive website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS techniques.
* Integrate data from back-end services and databases to create dynamic functionality.
* Collaborate with internal teams to define website design and functional requirements.
* Implement on-page SEO best practices including proper heading structure, metadata, alt text, and clean semantic markup.
* Participate in weekly QA checks to ensure all pages perform well, load quickly, and meet SEO guidelines.
* Support technical requests from company translation, SEO, and digital marketing teams.
* Collaborate remotely with other developers and stakeholders to prioritize updates and maintain consistency.
* Stay updated on best practices in WordPress and front-end trends to continuously improve site performance and usability.
* Translate technical and business requirements into effective solutions.
* Create and maintain clear, up-to-date software documentation.
