Level 1 IT Support Specialist (SAP Experience Required)

Daily Rate: €60 – €70 per day
Job Overview
We are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide first-line technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will have basic experience with SAP systems and a strong customer-focused mindset. You will be responsible for handling initial support requests, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating more complex problems when necessary.
* Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT and SAP-related issues
* Log, track, and manage support tickets in the system
* Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 support teams
* Assist users with SAP login issues, navigation, and basic functionality
* Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
* Follow standard support procedures and service level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
* Basic experience working with SAP (any module is a plus)
* Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service role preferred
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common IT tools
* Good organizational and time management skills
* High level of English
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
* Understanding of ITIL principles
* Multilingual skills (if applicable)
