Workday HCM Analyst
As a Workday HCM Analyst, you will be responsible for handling second-line support queries, managing security group administration, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of HCM configurations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely issue resolution and minimal disruption to HR operations by responding to and resolving Workday HCM support tickets and troubleshooting complex system issues.
* Strengthen system security and access control by proactively managing Workday security groups, roles, and domain/functional access in line with compliance and governance requirements.
* Maintain compliance and reduce audit risk through regular reviews and audits of security configurations, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external standards.
* Protect data integrity and operational efficiency by ensuring all HCM configurations meet internal governance, audit requirements, and security best practices.
* Enable accurate and efficient data updates by preparing, loading, and validating EIBs to support large-scale data changes or corrections across the Workday platform.
* Enhance system efficiency and user experience by maintaining accurate Workday HCM configurations, including business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and validations.
* Deliver actionable insights for HR and leadership by developing and maintaining high-quality Workday reports tailored to business needs.
* Minimize risk and disruption during updates by supporting Workday system upgrades, participating in testing cycles, and coordinating release management activities.
* Drive continuous improvement and system adoption by assessing new Workday features, identifying high-impact enhancements, and recommending configuration changes.
* Increase process efficiency and user satisfaction by identifying and implementing improvements to system usability and end-to-end HCM workflows.
* Promote knowledge transparency and system sustainability by documenting configurations, business processes, and system policies in a clear, accessible format.
* Support employee self-service and reduce support dependency by contributing to the creation of engaging, easy-to-understand training materials in partnership with HR.
