**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Hands-on experience managing both web and mobile projects.
- Strong expertise in documentation writing and maintenance.
- Expertise in reporting, planning, and progress monitoring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of build processes and negotiating with both teams and clients.
- Agile mindset with hands-on experience working in the Scrum framework.
- Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams.
- Experience working in outsourcing or product environments.
- Understanding of technical aspects of software development
- Previous experience in testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage web and mobile projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Plan project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor team progress and ensure the timely delivery of project goals.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (project plans, roadmaps, requirements, reports).
- Track risks, dependencies, and changes in requirements.
- Conduct regular status reporting and progress reviews.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Maintain constant communication with the client regarding the roadmap, priorities, and changes.
- Build and improve delivery processes within the team.
- Align stakeholders and negotiate expectations and trade-offs when needed.
