Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Researcher to contribute to our team. This fully remote role involves researching and tracking global trade regulations —primarily across LATAM and North America—and providing valuable insights that help keep systems up-to-date for clients.

* Regulatory Analysis: Monitor and maintain awareness of legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and local experts.
* Track global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements across jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, LATAM, etc.).
* Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation in an internal repository with accuracy and clarity.
* Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes when required.
* Evaluate research and documentation against ISO process standards .
