The Role
The Professional Services Consultant will oversee implementations and consultative engagements for Proofpoint Data Security products, including DSPM, ITM, Email DLP, Endpoint DLP, CASB, SaaS Isolation & AAC, and Proofpoint Isolation. The consultant will develop new services, implement best practices, and assist in customer escalations to ensure successful service delivery and customer success.
Your Day‑to‑Day
Scope engagements by assessing client operations, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to optimize Proofpoint technologies.
Provide strategic program design solutions that enable clients to identify, protect, monitor, and manage their most protected data and people.
Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address concerns and manage escalations.
Work closely with the sales organization to meet customer needs and uphold high satisfaction.
Present updates to management on risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.
What You Bring To The Team
Work experience in IT consulting or related fields.
Basic familiarity with Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security, or Cloud Security concepts.
Basic understanding of cloud applications.
Exposure to Microsoft or Symantec DLP solutions is desirable.
Preferred customer‑facing experience.
Clear and effective communication skills, written and verbal.
Demonstrated organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion.
