About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Internal Support: Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
