Lead WordPress Developer
This role requires a highly skilled WordPress developer who can lead the creation and optimization of landing pages.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical execution of marketing campaigns with budgets over $1M and be proficient in implementing Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automating deployment across environments.
* Landing Page Development & Campaign Execution:
o Design, build, and deploy high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic.
o Implement pixel-perfect tracking setup across all campaigns.
* HubSpot Integration & Data Management:
o Build and maintain seamless integrations between landing pages and HubSpot CRM.
o Ensure accurate lead capture, form submissions, and data synchronization.
* Technical Leadership & Team Management:
o Lead and mentor a team of two WordPress developers.
o Manage workload distribution across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that tracking is accurate, data is clean, and the ability to optimize is never compromised by technical issues. This role directly impacts our ability to scale profitably and serve more small business owners.
