Purpose and ObjectiveLandis+Gyr is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT General Controls (ITGC) Compliance Analyst to join our Global IT GRC team.This role is critical to ensure that in-scope applications / platforms are compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), therefore, previous hands-on experience is required.Key Performance Indicators-ITGC implementation tracking.
-Number of audit findings.
-On-time execution of Key Controls.Core Areas of Responsibility/ Accountability-Assist the Global IT GRC team lead to design, document and implement the ITGCs, including access controls, change management, backup and recovery, and logical security, based on the risk evaluation of each in-scope application or platform.
-Execute the defined controls within the in-scope applications / platforms, and add the evidences to the GRC tool.
-Coordinate the execution of controls by other Global IT and Business members.
-Collaborate with internal and external auditors during ITGC audits, providing documentation and remediation plans as needed.
-Identify control gaps and recommend remediation strategies.
-Conduct IT risk assessments and support the development of mitigation plans.
-Monitor and report on IT compliance risks and control deficiencies.
-Develop and maintain IT compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
-Promote awareness and understanding of IT compliance requirements across the organization.
-Work closely with Global IT, Internal Audit, Legal, and Business Units to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives.
-Provide training and guidance to control owners and stakeholders on ITGC and SOX requirements.
-Explore automation opportunities to ensure control execution and reliance.Core Technical/Skills Competencies (ie.
