General Job Description:
1. Directly sell FedEx domestic products in a defined territory to generate additional net revenue.
2. Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls on potential customers using structured sales techniques.
3. Research customer needs to develop business opportunities with prospects.
4. Close profitable business that supports company objectives.
5. Develop and implement a sales work plan and schedule to ensure minimum attainment of all sales activities including calls, proposals, and other sales-related tasks.
6. Maintain a territory intelligence system recording all sales activities, customer, market, industry, and competitive information.
7. Seek support for customer problem resolution and ensure timely follow-up.
8. Support divisional performance tracking by submitting all required sales reports on time.
9. Track and update sales KPIs according to the annual plan.
10. Analyze different pricing strategies.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
2. Basic English proficiency.
3. Advanced PowerPoint skills.
Minimum Experience
1. 1-2 years of professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience.
