Job Title: Senior Technical Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payment services, identifying and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting merchants around key issues and working internally to solve them quickly;
* Leading meetings with merchants and presenting performance insights and issue resolutions;
* Having a deep understanding of the payment products and services offered by us and applying merchant performance improvements;
* Maintaining regular contact with clients through email or phone calls regarding customer concerns;
