About the position
We seek a Senior Key Account Manager with a strong background in consultative sales of outsourcing and recruitment & selection services. You will develop and expand strategic relationships with major accounts, acting as a bridge between client needs and our solutions.
Responsibilities
* Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic clients
* Identify new business opportunities in HR outsourcing and R&S
* Conduct diagnostic meetings and sales presentations
* Negotiate contracts and ensure account profitability
* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure service excellence
* Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for clients
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B HR services sales, especially outsourcing and recruitment
* Track record of exceeding targets and managing complex accounts
* Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the HR market in Brazil, focusing on Southeast, Midwest, and/or Northeast regions
* Availability for full-time onsite work in Contagem-MG
Differentials
* Previous experience in R&S consulting or BPO
* Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
* Familiarity with tools like Gupy, Greenhouse, or similar ATS
