We are looking for a City Manager for Porto Alegre, Brazil to manage our operations there.
Responsibilities
* Service center work organization: repair, maintenance and charging of electric scooters.
* Searching contractors and performers for service center activity (including drivers, mechanics, coordinators, keepers).
* Everyday organization and operational management of a service team full cycle work.
* Placement in the city and collection of scooters for repairing and charging at a service center.
* Organization of scooters monitoring and control using the IT platform and special software.
* Key performance indicators control and achievement.
* Solving current operational issues with authorities, administration, police.
* Interaction with counterparties and suppliers of spare parts.
* Spare parts planning and inventory.
Requirements
* Fluent English.
* Ability to work in multitasking atmosphere.
* Management experience.
* Ability to build effective processes.
* Experience in B2C market.
* Experience in managing service centers will be a big advantage.
