We’re hiring: Social Lead / Social Media & Community Manager Earned Media Productions (EMP) is looking for someone who can turn podcasts into growth engines — and build engaged communities around them. This role sits at the intersection of content distribution, social strategy, and audience engagement. What you’ll do:
- Own daily posting across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and more
- Turn podcast episodes into high-performing short-form content
- Decide what clips get posted, when, and where
- Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement across platforms
- Help shape the voice and presence of brands online
- Analyze performance and double down on what works Key Responsibilities 1. Content Distribution & Posting Own daily posting across all social platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, etc.) Manage scheduling, captions, hashtags, and formatting per platform Ensure consistent, high-volume output of podcast clips 2. Podcast Clip Strategy Turn long-form podcast episodes into a structured content distribution plan Decide what clips get posted, when, and where Collaborate with editors to guide clip selection and packaging (hooks, titles, formats) 3.
