This position serves as a strategic HR Business Partner and employee advocate, supporting business leaders across the Corporate Division in LATAM by driving HR strategies and company initiatives, placed in Alvarenga, São Bernardo do Campo - SP.
The Senior HR Business Partner partners closely with leadership to deliver key talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent calibration, and leadership development, while fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture. The role is responsible for employee relations, engagement, and organizational health, including conflict resolution, employee experience, mental health and well-being programs, and engagement surveys. It also leads recruitment and workforce planning efforts, ensuring alignment with business needs.
In addition, the role partners with Corporate HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, and communications across LATAM, supporting Corporate Division employees and aligning regional practices with global strategies.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
TALENT MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
- Support activities to ensure data integrity across all Human Resources systems (e.g., job posting systems, learning management systems, etc.).
- Support HR processes for employees, including employment documentation, letters, and system updates related to approved organizational changes.
- Lead and support key Talent Management processes, including:
* Annual Performance Review cycle
* Merit planning and salary review processes
* Talent calibration sessions
* Succession planning and talent review discussions
- Coordinate and support Leadership Development programs and training initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Manage and support Internship Programs, including planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
BUSINESS PARTNER & STRATEGIC HR
- Act as a advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational and regional LATAM objectives.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Lead and support change management and transformation initiatives within the organization.
- Provide insights through HR metrics and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with leadership to support compensation and benefits strategies, including salary structure reviews, job evaluation and grading, and alignment with market practices and internal equity
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH
- Manage and support employee relations processes, including conflict management, ethics investigations, and case resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all national, regional, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Promote a healthy workplace environment through mental health and well-being initiatives.
- Support documentation and governance of employee relations processes and policies.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & CULTURE
- Lead and manage Employee Engagement initiatives, including:
* Employee Engagement (Climate) Surveys
* Focus groups and action planning
* Employee committees and governance forums
- Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience
- Support employee programs such as recognition, volunteer initiatives, and internal events.
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION AND ONBOARDING:
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning.
- Lead and support full-cycle recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate assessment, market insights, and hiring decisions.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure alignment with regional LATAM hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation.
- Ensure employees complete onboarding as they transition into new positions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- English: advanced
- Spanish: advanced
- Must have 5 years of previous experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Demonstrate skills in recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, selecting candidates and promotion/termination.
