Your Opportunity
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare innovation? We’re looking for a Portfolio Manager – Neuro & Power Systems (NPS) to take ownership of a focused portfolio of cutting-edge medical products.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – Surgical, in this key role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clinical stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions that support healthcare professionals and patients. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end performance of the portfolio, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning product offerings with evolving market and clinical needs.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in neurosurgery and power systems while contributing to business growth and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead marketing and product management initiatives to meet revenue, profit, and performance goals.
* Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities and guide portfolio strategy.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, QA, and Operations.
* Partner with sales teams to ensure aligned messaging, product training, and go-to-market strategies.
* Engage with key stakeholders including surgeons, hospitals, and industry bodies to build strong relationships and gain market insights.
* Lead business planning and forecasting to align with strategic objectives.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.
* Represent the company at key conferences, workshops, and customer events.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the NPS business.
About You
Ideally, your background will include:
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant industry experience.
* Several years’ experience in sales or product management within the healthcare or medical devices sector, ideally in neurosurgery or a related field.
* Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working cross-functionally.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Commercial acumen with a sound understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Confidence in using CRM and analytics tools (e.g. CLM, Alexis, ELSA).
* A flexible, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
Additional Requirement
