We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs in digital marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, internal teams, and the Training Department to ensure consistent performance and knowledge alignment across all levels.
Responsibilities:
* Lead onboarding and provide direct support for one month to ensure readiness for live operations.
* Develop and facilitate quarterly training sessions, mock calls, calibrations, and final assessments to ensure product and sales proficiency.
* Conduct refresher trainings, upskilling initiatives, and SOP updates in collaboration with quality teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
* Create strategic content such as one-pagers, simulations, SOPs, and workshops aligned with product updates and business goals.
* Share training outcomes and action plans during weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a dedicated training role, preferably in digital marketing or sales.
* Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Google's suite of tools (Spreadsheets, Presentations, Gemini).
* Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience in customer support or sales environments.
* Proven ability to coach and motivate teams, providing constructive feedback and fostering a positive learning environment.
