This role is fully remote within Brazil and offered on a contract basis.
What Challenges Will You Face In This Role?
The primary objective of this role is to support ongoing projects with customers and prospects by delivering technical solutions related to platform configuration, integrations, and other technical requirements.
What Skills Are We Looking For?
* Strong functional and technical understanding of software solution implementation (coding skills are a plus, but not required)
* Capability to design a solution that supports customer's requirements considering existing platform features, context (potential integrations), and future evolutions.
* Knowledge of integration patterns. Experience with using APIs, iPaaS, and ETL tools to integrate data with third-party systems.
* Great communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Incident Management tools (JIRA, Linear)
* Fluent in
English

Portuguese
* Familiarity with data privacy and information security regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO, NIS2, DORA) is a plus.
Apply If You Have Experience With:
* B2B SaaS products, especially in Data Management, Privacy Management, AI Governance, or Informtion Security (experience with platforms like OneTrust, TrustArc, Exterro, DataGrail, and BigID is a plus years of experience
* Support the sales cycle from Business Discovery through to Solution delivery
* Presenting at public events, leading workshops, and providing coaching to internal teams and clients
* Conducting value-based demos, focusing on the solution's benefits rather than just features; crafting tailored demos and presentations
* Responding to RFX (Request for Proposal/Information) inquiries, and designing and deploying Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
* Collaborating closely with the Product Team to identify issues, opportunities, and feature requests that can inform the product roadmap
* Working alongside the Customer Success team to address customer requests related to platform configuration, technical issues, integrations, and more
