SEM Specialist (Facebook Ads & Google Ads)
This role is ideal for a highly skilled digital advertising specialist with expertise in managing and scaling paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads, focusing on direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics and the ability to drive profitability through data-driven decision-making. They will also be proficient in creative testing and ad iteration to enhance engagement and conversion rates, as well as competitor and market trend analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategy.
The SEM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing ad performance across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective advertising strategies that drive revenue growth and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
* Responsibilities:
* Manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads
* Optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making
* Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, conversion rates, etc.)
* Creative testing and ad iteration
* Competitor and market trend analysis
* Reporting and insights generation using Looker Studio and other analytics tools
Requirements:
* Must-Have Skills:
* +5 years of experience running Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
* +5 years of experience with Merchant Center
