* As a key member of the IT organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and evolution of ServiceNow as our primary IT service management platform.
* This position requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, and administration.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in scripting and integration within ServiceNow. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices for scalability, maintainability, and minimal technical debt is required. Experience with architectural frameworks such as CSDM and TOGAF would be beneficial.
* Familiarity with multiple ServiceNow modules is desired. Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is also necessary for successful collaboration across functional teams.
