In this role you will:
We are looking for a motivated trainee to work in the IT Quality area, focused on documentation and validation of computerized systems (GxP) and software testing.
You will work alongside the QA/IT team supporting validation activities (CSV), testing, and document control, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP).
This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical knowledge in regulatory quality, validation frameworks, and quality management tools.
And much better if you stand out for:
Pharmacy, Biomedicine, related fields, or Information Technology.
Minimum intermediate English (technical reading and writing; conversation desirable).
Interest in regulatory quality, systems validation, and/or technical documentation.
Good written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the creation and review of quality documentation: SOPs, validation protocols (URS, IQ/OQ/PQ), reports, and procedures.
Assist in the execution of Computer System Validation (CSV) activities: defining test cases, executing tests, recording evidence, and demonstrating conformity.
Prepare and maintain traceability (traceability matrix) between requirements, tests, and results.
Support change controls, deviation management, CAPA, and closing corrective actions.
Operational support in monitoring tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, IQMS).
