Key Account Technical Representative
About the Role:
This is a critical position within our sales team, responsible for building relationships with key partners and enabling their success. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company as a technical advisor, providing product demonstrations and training to strategic partners.
- Align partner needs and strategy with the value of our products.
- Provide localized technical training to partner's pre-sales and post-sales technical resources.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and manage the channel partner business plan and mutual action plans.
Requirements:
- General understanding of local/national partner community, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
- Fluent language skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Experience working in a technical capacity with Service Providers/Telcos.
- Strong communication and listening skills, including effective delivery of presentations.
- Ability to write and speak clearly and precisely, and structure information logically for digestion.
- Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills.
