Job Description:
As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating and coordinating major events such as PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt. You will manage the ART calendar and ensure program-level cadence by orchestrating meetings, managing dependencies, and optimizing the flow of value across the ART.
This involves facilitating problem-solving and cross-team collaboration, providing coaching and mentoring to teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
You will also be responsible for identifying, tracking, and helping resolve impediments and risks, escalating critical issues to leadership when needed, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders and leadership through effective communication.

Required Skills:
* Facilitation and Coordination: Experience in organizing and leading team meetings, workshops, and other collaborative events.
* Coaching and Mentoring: Ability to coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles and practices.
* Risk and Impediment Management: Skill in identifying, tracking, and resolving impediments and risks, and escalating critical issues to leadership.
* Flow and Value Optimization: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in optimizing the flow of value across an organization.
* Stakeholder Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and promote a shared understanding of business strategy and technical execution.
