Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical, creative and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Analyst to work at the interface between our marketing and commercial areas. This position will be responsible for planning and executing digital and offline marketing strategies, organizing trade fairs and events, supporting the sales team with materials and market intelligence, as well as preparing all order documentation and coordinating after-sales activities until the machines are fully delivered to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social networks, Google Ads, etc.) with a focus on generating qualified leads;
* SUPPORTING THE SALES TEAM WITH SUPPORT MATERIALS, PRESENTATIONS AND INSTITUTIONAL AND PROMOTIONAL CONTENT IN COORDINATION WITH OUR HEADQUARTERS IN GERMANY AND THE REGIONAL HEADQUARTER AMERICAS;
* Plan and organize events, fairs and other promotional activities;
* Coordinate and document after-sales activities until complete delivery of machines to customers, including placing orders at headquarters, import follow-up and commissioning.
Requirements:
* Full university degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication, Advertising or related areas;
* Previous experience in similar positions (minimum 2 years);
* Knowledge of sales funnels, inbound marketing and demand generation techniques;
* Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools;
* Good written and verbal communication skills;
* Proactive, organized and results-oriented profile;
* Availability for international and national travel;
* Fluent English (written and verbal)
* Fluent German is a plus.
