Project Leadership Role
This senior project management position involves overseeing high-profile projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. You will lead cross-functional teams comprising Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts to deliver complex software development projects.
* Demonstrated track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Practical experience with Microsoft DevOps, managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts.
* Able to perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
* Experience in managing project budgets and delivering projects on time and within scope, overseeing all phases of the SDLC.
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset.
* PMP certification and CSM.
* Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Cloud Technologies.
