**Responsibilities**:
- Support the sourcing strategy for key talents;
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency;
- Support various hiring projects, such as strategize sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques);
- Ability to work on multiple regions, AMS (US and LATAM) and EMEA included;
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm or 9am to 4pm, Brazilian Time;
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications: - Ongoing Bachelor's Degree in HR related areas with expected graduation for end/2025 or beyond;
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks;
- Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills (attention to details);
- Advanced / Fluent level of English;
