We are hiring a Business Services Team Manager to lead travel, logistics, event, scheduling, expense policy and administration. This executive role requires outstanding coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting and management in a fast-paced and complex operation in the tech industry.
We coordinate large-scale company events which involve travel for hundreds of people from 80+ countries. We run such events four times a year, a significant investment in our ability to shape culture, teamwork, execution plans and strategy. Our team handles travel procurement and logistics to ensure events run efficiently and safely. Visas, travel complications and unexpected situations require a rigorous approach and high work ethic. The team also acts as an independent check on expense claim approval, ensuring fairness and consistency across teams and countries, with integrity, transparency and accountability.
Together these responsibilities amount to tens of millions in operational costs and involve a significant number of tactical and operational decisions. The team also provides traditional EA services for company leads, coordinating meetings, monthly reports, delegated approvals for travel and expenses, working across teams, coordinating with suppliers, and running small projects or initiatives.
Location: Worldwide, home based, except in locations where we have an office (e.g., London, Taipei, Beijing).
Responsibilities

What we are looking for
An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
An undergraduate degree in a technical or business subject
Drive and a track record of going above-and-beyond
Leadership and management skills
