OPPO's footprint extends to more than 70 countries and regions, with over 300,000 sales outlets and 3,300 official service centers, where it employs more than 40,000 people dedicated to creating a better life for customers around the world through smarter products and services.We are looking for experienced talents to join us on this exciting journey!ResponsibilitiesReview and verify the compliance, completeness, authenticity, accuracy, and legality of documents and attachments related to purchase payments and employee reimbursementAccurately record procurement and payment details, complete the payment approval process in a timely manner, and ensure the correctness of related accounting entries.Coordinate with local suppliers, business departments, and the finance department to resolve issues related to procurement payments and reimbursement businessAssist in completing month-end closing tasks, such as expense accruals and account reconciliations.Assist in maintaining the accounts payable module of the financial system and Accounts payable process， provide support to local business personnel in understanding the financial system.Collaborate with the finance team to complete ad hoc projects and data reports as needed.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Advanced English is mandatory (daily use).At least 3 years working experiences in accounts payable and a similar role and knowledge of computerized accounting system,oracle is preferred.Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and local accounting principles.Proficient in MS office Application, especially in Excel. Strong learning ability, communication skills and execution ability;
and strong sense of responsibility, with dedication and teamwork spirit.
