Exploring the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced director to further scale our business in European markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how LATAM hotel chains operate and be familiar with the technology solutions adopted by these chains.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Build and manage strategic alliances with regional and local partners to drive business growth.
 2. Define and execute a partnership roadmap aligned with our global strategy in LATAM.
 3. Identify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the hospitality and travel ecosystem.
 4. Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute partnership agreements.
 5. Represent our organization at industry events and partnership meetings.
 6. Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting and insights on partnership outcomes and market trends.
Requirements
 * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships.
Essential Skills:
 * Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
 * Excellent relationship management skills.
 * Advanced verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
 * Ability to identify and pitch strategic partnership opportunities.
 * Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
