**Sobre A AbbVie**
The Privacy Compliance Specialist will provide support to the Privacy Compliance Manager (PCM) in the assigned AbbVie Affiliates (Business Units, Medical and R&D teams) and the Global Privacy Office ensuring the business effectively administers and enhances AbbVie's privacy compliance program.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Support regional Privacy Compliance Manager in executing privacy compliance program for the region;
- Identify and escalate any issues as appropriate to the regional Privacy Compliance Manager and Global Privacy Office;
- Work with PCM to provide privacy guidance on business initiatives and projects;
- Monitor data flows and maintain privacy records in coordination with local functions;
- Provide support on the management of Data Subjects Rights requests in the assigned region and assist with the Global Privacy Office inbox triage;
- Support any global or regional privacy project that requires local implementation activities;
- Raise local privacy awareness through training and communication;
- Aid Incident Response Team with managing any data breaches originating in or having an impact on the assigned Affiliates and business units;
- Support any privacy audits for the assigned Affiliates;
- Help monitor plans to effectively measure compliance to the privacy program's key requirements for the assigned Affiliates and business units and identify concern areas early;
- Stay abreast of industry and privacy developments to proactively maintain and enhance the privacy compliance program at AbbVie.
**Qualificações
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Affinity with technology and privacy matters;
- Familiarity with compliance processes and practices and enterprise technology systems, such as HR management and CRM systems, risk management are considered as an advantage;
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry is considered as an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across a global organization;
- Being a fluent speaker in in Portuguese and Spanish is a plus;
- Fluent English language skills are essential;
- Prior privacy and/or security certifications or credentials (e.g. CIPP) are considered as an advantage.
