About the Role
CriticalRiver’s Salesforce Studio is seeking a Salesforce Admin/Developer to support a CPX/Finance Security Hardening initiative. This role will focus on rebuilding the integration logic between Salesforce and Zendesk, implementing proper role-based access controls (RBAC), and remediating data quality issues related to Cases.
The ideal candidate is a mid- to senior-level Admin/Developer who can combine technical integration skills with strong Salesforce configuration knowledge, while ensuring security best practices and clean, reliable case data.
What You’ll Do
* Rebuild and optimize integration logic between Salesforce and Zendesk, ensuring seamless data exchange.
* Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) across Salesforce objects and case records.
* Identify, analyze, and remediate data quality gaps within Salesforce Cases (duplicate records, incomplete fields, misaligned mappings).
* Configure and maintain Salesforce core features (roles, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, flows, validation rules).
* Collaborate with Finance, CPX, and GTM teams to align business processes with security and data quality requirements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve integration, access, and data-related issues.
* Ensure all implementations follow Salesforce security and governance best practices.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies to support timely delivery of workstreams.
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years of Salesforce experience (administration and development).
* Hands-on experience with integrations (Zendesk, MuleSoft, APIs, or similar).
* Strong skills in Salesforce profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access controls (RBAC).
* Solid development/configuration experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
* Proven background in data quality management and remediation.
* Excellent English communication skills with ability to work across distributed teams.
* Nearshore availability (LATAM strongly preferred).
* Salesforce Certifications – required:
* Salesforce Certified Administrator
* Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
* Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer
