Project Agile Manager
We are seeking a Project Agile Manager to support our long-term project. The successful candidate will be part of a Product & Engineering environment, working closely with Agile leadership to improve team performance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies in alignment with Agile principles.
* Support one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team performance.
* Assist with SAFe practice implementation and adoption.
* Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are highly desired.
* Experience working with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
