American farmers have made tremendous technology advancements through hardware improvements and investments in precision agriculture. However, when it comes to the back-office, most farms are decades behind, relying on spreadsheets, filing cabinets, and decades-old on-prem software to recruit, manage, and pay their workforce. Seso is addressing this problem by modernizing the back-office for the farm.
Our mission is to build the premier platform for agribusiness to hire and manage their workforce and improve the lives of agricultural workers. We are addressing American farmers' biggest pain point - access to qualified labor - through a software-enabled labor solution that automates the H-2A visa. Our comprehensive HR platform streamlines and automates the hiring process for farms and seamlessly integrates their efforts across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and insurance while providing workers access to financial services for the first time.

About the Role
As our Graphic Designer, you will be the creative force behind high-impact visual assets that drive Seso's growth and elevate our brand. You'll partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to design compelling materials that tell our story, capture attention, and move audiences to action. Your work will span everything from digital campaigns to large-scale event backdrops, ensuring a consistent and distinctive brand presence across every touchpoint.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a wide range of projects including product launches, website redesign, targeted campaigns, and brand design and visual identity. We are willing to consider part-time or full-time consultants based on availability.
Responsibilities
* Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs for print, digital, and experiential channels
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create assets for launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
* Maintain and evolve Seso's visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and materials
This could include:
* Digital Assets
o Blog visuals
o Email and webinar visuals
o Knowledge base and eBook designs
o Social media graphics (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoom backgrounds)
o Nice-to-have: Web design
* Physical/Print Collateral
o Branded swag, merch, and gifts
o Event graphics (e.g., banners, business cards, posters)
o Sales one-pagers and pitch decks
* Slide Presentations
o Webinars
o Trade shows
o Internal high-profile events
Skillset
* 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a SaaS, startup, or marketing agency environment
* Proficiency with Figma, Canva and Framer; motion graphics experience a plus
* Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar software for digital/print design)
* Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across print, digital, and experiential mediums
* Excellent visual storytelling skills with a sharp eye for typography, color, and layout
* Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment
* Fluency in English necessary; ability to speak Spanish a plus
