Job Opportunity: Agile Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles;
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team;
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery;
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices;
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress;
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback;
For this role, we require:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master;
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums);
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus;
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar;
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts;
* Experience working with distributed, global teams;
