We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead the visual and storytelling vision of our digital learning products. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product Manager, Project Manager, Learning Designers, and production team to transform educational concepts into engaging and fun learning experiences.

Requirements
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
* Proven experience in audiovisual direction, creative direction, visual design, or related roles.
* Background in EdTech, instructional media, or educational content creation is strongly preferred.
* Ability to lead and collaborate with creative teams (designers, animators, filmmakers, audio specialists).
* Strong understanding of design principles, storytelling, and animation basics.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to align multidisciplinary teams.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Creative Vision & Storytelling
* Define, oversee, and approve the visual identity, storytelling, and overall creative vision of online courses.
* Conduct creative research to determine the best ways to communicate concepts visually.
* Develop and maintain style guides, moodboards, and other creative references.
Pre-Production & Planning
* Collaborate with the Subject Matter Expert and Learning Designers to align creative direction with educational goals.
* Prepare creative briefs for designers, filmmakers, animators, and audio specialists.
* Align creative plans with production schedules and budgets alongside the Project Manager.
Production & Direction
* Direct the visual execution of course production (filming, lighting, art direction).
* Direct the Subject Matter Expert remotely
* Supervise the design of graphics, motion graphics, and other visual elements.
* Ensure creative consistency and quality throughout the production process.
* Direct the Course's visual Identity and Editing Style of the Course
Post-Production Oversight
* Work with Lead Editor to ensure editing (pacing, color, visual flow) and integration of graphics/animations are aligned with the overall direction of the Course
* Oversee audio elements (music, sound effects) and ensure alignment with the visual tone.
* Work with Learning Designers to ensure edits enhance the course’s educational effect.
* Approve the final video versions and written deliverables from an audiovisual perspective, and review the content in collaboration with the curriculum consultant, QA and Education teams.
Final Package & Branding
* Ensure that final deliverables (thumbnails, posters, promotional assets) align with brand standards.
* Maintain creative integrity while meeting project goals, budget, and timeline.
Desirable
* Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and or other animation tools.
* Knowledge of UX/UI or digital learning design trends.
