Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical architecture and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to align Salesforce solutions with enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and design scalable Salesforce architecture to meet business needs.
Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.).
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce development teams.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, data governance, and security standards.
Oversee system integration with internal and external applications.
Create and maintain documentation for architecture, designs, and integrations.
Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies and make recommendations for their use.
Support the management of the Salesforce platform, including system configuration, custom development, and user support.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Salesforce processes and tools.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, and ideally Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, APIs, security model, and integration patterns.
Experience with tools like Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, VS Code, MuleSoft, etc.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
