As anAccount Manager for Brazil, you'll join our passionate and supportive team characterised by our ambition and team spirit. You'll have the freedom to work independently while fostering strong collaboration with our content and product departments.You'll be responsible for driving the entire sales and success cycle in the iGaming market, from initial engagement to maximizing long-term results. Managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within these specific regions. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success.Specifically, your role will involve:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including sports betting operators, casinos, online gaming platforms, and other relevant stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship and serving as their trusted advisor. Understand clients' business objectives, market trends, and regulatory requirements specific to the English speaking markets to effectively position our gambling products and services. Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to customize solutions and address client needs within these regions. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling additional products/services and expanding client accounts. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business cases to key clients within these regions. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization within key accounts. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows worldwide to network with key clients and stay informed about industry insights and developments. Provide timely and accurate reports on key account performance, sales activity, and revenue forecasts within these regions to management. Stay up-to-date on gambling regulations, compliance standards, and responsible gaming practices to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.The ideal profileWe're on the lookout for someone who not only shares our values and ambitions but also envisions growing alongside MoveUp Media. Be ambitious, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Bring experience in iGaming strategy, sales, or affiliate management. Excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners. Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Show active listening, resilience, and persistence. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and effective task coordination. Excel in time management, organization, and planning. Manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously. Use analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making. Thrive in teamwork and adapt well to evolving environments.
