This is not a traditional finance or strategy role, it is the synthesis of controllership, FP&A, commercial strategy, and executive decision support, delivered with the rigor of a top-tier consulting firm and the pragmatism of an operator. You will be the architect of how the company understands itself: financial performance, commercial pipeline, operational metrics, and strategic positioning. Your work will directly inform Board decisions, capital allocation, and go-to-market strategy. What You'll Do Financial Ownership: Controllership Through FP&A Own the financial reporting stack from monthly close through executive-facing FP&A, clean, on time, and never just financial data in isolation Solve the Big Data problem every month, de-silo operations, sales, and marketing data and integrate it with financial reporting so that KPIs tell a complete story Author the monthly executive report, the document that goes to the CEO and Board, synthesizes every material data source, and drives decisions Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO and commercial officer to build and execute commercial strategy through the Four-Phase Engagement Framework Commercial Strategy: The Four-Phase Engagement Framework Design and execute the company's commercial engagement model from lead generation through close Integrate sales, marketing, and operational data to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion Build revenue forecasting models that account for pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and market dynamics Translate commercial strategy into actionable metrics and accountability frameworks Apply here: https://wisevas.Io/work-with-u
